Kirkhill Community Centre (KCC) and Kirkhill & Bunchrew Community Trust (KBCT) are holding a Community Meeting on 3rd October at 7:30pm in Kirkhill Community Centre. Doors will be open from 7pm to review plans.

The meeting will discuss two very important and interesting proposals for the Kirkhill and surrounding area. We would encourage you to attend the meeting to hear all about these proposals and let us know your views.

The Village Shop / Hub Project

The working group have been working hard to progress a shop in the locality and wish to update the Kirkhill & Bunchrew area residents about progress to date. They also want to seek the views of local people as to the best way forward.

Kirkhill Community Centre football pitch

The Kirkhill Community Centre (KCC) pitch is becoming increasingly waterlogged and is no longer playable for local teams. Inverness City Football club have put forward a proposal to re-locate to Kirkhill and to help raise funds to bring the pitch to an acceptable standard. As this has implications for other users of the field and residents of Kirkhill and Bunchrew area, KCC would like to explain the benefits of the proposal and seek the views of residents.

If you are not able to come to the meeting but would like more information or to provide your views please email either:

  • Erik Lundberg – Chair of KCC  (erik.lundberg@btinternet.com)
  • Mary Andrews  – Chair of KBCT (mary.andrews5@btinternet.com
