Elements 2012 Camp Badge

This term, we’re looking forward to the Elements Regional Scout Camp which, for the Beavers, will take place on Sunday the 20th May at Dores. The details of this are still to be finalised, but it will be a fun-packed day which we hope all the Beavers will enjoy. There will be a Parents’ Meeting on Tuesday 15th May at 6:00pm to go through camp info. and give you all the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Help Always Needed
As ever, our group’s Beaver section is well attended, with the role now standing at 24; therefore, parent help will be much needed at our sessions. In common with other terms, our leadership team still feel that the best method for ensuring cover for each evening is to nominate parents for each session (at least two for some of our sessions this term).

Please see the term activity calendar for information. If you are unable to cover the evening for which you have been nominated, please arrange cover from/swap with another parent. Parent help is always much needed and appreciated. Your support and involvement will help to ensure the safe and smooth running of beaver sessions (many thanks).

Term Fees
The subs for this term are £20, due on the first day of term. The fee for new Beavers to the section is £25 for their first term (the extra £5 covers investiture). As usual, we would be grateful if you could pay this as early as possible. Cheques are welcome, payable to ‘Kirkhill Beaver Scouts’. Thank You.

See you back at Beavers on Tuesday 21st August 2012, 5.10pm – 6.15pm. Venue to be confirmed as community centre will be closed for refurbishment.
