Welcome

Welcome to the Kirkhill & Bunchrew Community website. This site provides information about the local community, businesses, and facilities, to locals and visitors to the area.

Fàilte gun làrach-linn aig Coimhearsnachd na Cnoc na Mhoire agus Bunchrew. Tha sinn an-dòchas gu bheil e a còrdadh ruibh.

These two settlements form the nucleus of small crofting hamlets that line the south side of the Beauly Firth. The area has long been the stronghold of the Frasers, who originally had a castle near Kirkhill.

Located 6 miles to the west of Inverness on the A862 with regular bus services from Inverness and Dingwall via Beauly, which also has a railway station.
